Pierre Moncuits årgångschampagne från 2000 påminner i grunden om non-vintage varianten Moncuit Delos med toner av ananas, kokos, aprikos och äpple. Den har en väl utvecklad komplexitet, mognad och mycket kropp som balanserar vinets syra och mineraler. Milléssimé 2000 är en Blanc de Blancs när den är som allra bäst.
